Lima Beans are harvested from August through October in the Central Valley of California. Patterson Vegetable Company utilizes the Green Seeded Variety of Lima Beans. The harvesting and processing areas are within a few miles of each other. Product quality is unequaled in flavor and color. Lima Beans are sold IQF.
