QUALITY ASSURANCE

Patterson Vegetable Company, L.L.C. has written and enforced policies and procedures to assure product quality and safety. The procedures track the vegetables from farm to customer.

Our field representatives monitor the progress of each field working with the growers on seed, varieties, sustainable growing practices, integrated pest management and field condition from planting to the time of harvest.

When the crop gets to our Patterson, California, facility, we evaluate, monitor and track the vegetables with a GMP program, a HACCP safety program, and quality control systems that use USDA standards and customer specifications. The products are tracked in real time enabling Patterson to identify quality factors of all products and to trace and recall any product if necessary.

Patterson Vegetable Company, L.L.C. is kosher certified.

The plant has at least one third party audit by professionals covering all aspects of food operations and procedures each year.

The USDA is on-site under the Plant Inspection Pack Certification Program allowing Patterson to provide government certification to customers that require this documentation.

Trucks are inspected prior to loading and shipped with seals to assure cleanliness and prevent possible tampering.
